Rachel Hale is student in the fiction writing program at C.S.U. She loves to write, but hates to write "bio's". They make her feel as though her slip were showing. Rachel also likes to howl at the moon, but not a full moon (that's a myth). And she does bite people occasionally when she becomes a werewolf, but she doesn't kill anyone (that, too, is a myth).
